Interior and Exterior Remodels

Interior remodels focus on updating or reconfiguring the inside of a home, and may involve layout changes, new finishes and materials, upgraded lighting, custom cabinetry, or modernized systems to improve comfort, flow, and aesthetics.

Exterior remodels address the outside of the home and its surroundings—such as façades, roofing, windows and doors and outdoor living spaces.  Together, interior and exterior renovations create a cohesive, elevated living experience that reflects both style and functionality.

Low ceilings, red brick fireplaces, and dark, enclosed spaces once defined this mid-1970s Danville rancher. Through a thoughtful reconfiguration, the kitchen was relocated to create a cohesive great room anchored by open-beam, vaulted ceilings that bring volume and light into the heart of the home.

The removal of the existing patio cover allowed for the addition of skylights, brightening the new dining area with natural light.

In the primary suite, a walk-in closet and vaulted ceilings were introduced, transforming the space into a more sophisticated and elevated retreat.

The existing bathroom and closet were reconfigured to create a spacious, spa-like retreat. Vaulted ceilings and strategically placed skylights bring in an abundance of natural light, and large windows overlook the peaceful ranch setting.

The full potential of this split-level home was unlocked through a comprehensive transformation. No wall was left untouched and no surface unchanged, as the interior was reimagined to better suit modern living.

Walls were strategically relocated to create a dedicated office, an expanded primary suite, and reconfigured hall bathrooms for improved flow and function.

The kitchen was enlarged in place, and the removal of the wall between the kitchen and living area opened the home both visually and experientially—flooding the space with natural light and capturing sweeping valley views.
