From Studs to Stunning: La Huertas Redefined

Personalized Perfection, Rebuilt with Purpose

We began with a vision to transform an original three-bedroom, two-bath home into a more expansive and light-filled retreat—adding a new primary suite, enlarging the kitchen and family room, and reimagining the entire home with raised ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The goal was to create a space that feels seamlessly connected to its surroundings while embracing the essence of indoor-outdoor California living. The result is a stunning home that blends a sense of nostalgia with thoughtfully curated, custom details in every room.

Entry

The entry welcomes you with soaring clerestory ceilings that highlight a striking light fixture selected by Tania Quintero Design, paired with a beautiful glass-paneled door that opens into the formal living area. From the moment you step inside, your eye is drawn forward to a light-filled family room, where high open-beam ceilings and expansive multi-slide doors create a seamless connection to the outdoors. Thoughtfully integrated into this space are a cozy reading nook, dining area, and bar—making it as functional as it is inviting.

The kitchen blends warmth and function, featuring a built-in bench reminiscent of a childhood home, a generous island, and a spacious walk-in pantry. Finishing touches by Tania Quintero Design, alongside the craftsmanship of Earl Boyce of IntegriT Construction Inc., echo the elegance and charm woven throughout the home.

Kitchen

Tucked discreetly in its own wing is a full bath, office, and passthrough laundry/mudroom provide everyday convenience while maintaining the home’s cohesive flow.

Bedroom Suites

The bedroom wing was thoughtfully reimagined to create balance in room sizes while introducing more personalized spaces, including a study area,, custom ensuite bathrooms, large walk-in closets, and a spa-like primary bath designed for relaxation.
